|My point is more that before you join the game you are aware that sometimes it takes several days so when it does not a surprise. However irritating it is why complain?
Don’t join, play other games instead that get instant payouts it’s your choice.

|Correct I am aware that the payout is not instant in lppl games as pointed out by Tom I believe the standard time line for payouts is up to 2 days this as I previously said I accept. Why do I complain also as I stated its the inconsistency I object to and if I did not complain how long would it take for late payments to arrive?? Finally in reply as I said before you have the right to accept these payment issues as I have also have the choice to play and complain if I feel it is warranted

We've today chased up outstanding payments - hopefully they'll be caught up tomorrow.

To clarify... the following has been our advice on payments for some time now... published at the start of every new league period... it's not ideal, but it's the best we can do to run the league as we do...

...buyins paid as cash prizes manually by Party Poker to your player account, usually within 2-3 days but may at times take longer (which is why game payout tabs in the lobby don’t show any £s prizes - it is a manual process)...

Whilst we send off details for payments on the morning after games are completed, it is a manual process that must fit in with everything else Party Poker have to do, and because it is manual, they must have a 2-step process to verify and pay, meaning at least 2 of their staff must be involved to complete the transactions. This at times sadly takes longer than usual, but again, it is something we have to accept, as we can't make it a quicker process.

|Thank you Tom for your standard reply. At the risk of being called a condescending prick (your description) again I will continue. As you have said the results and names of people who cashed are posted 99% of the time the next morning usually before 8am by Kim excellent you state these results are sent to party poker the same morning so far so good. Now the next phase I find incredible. When anyone makes a deposit to party poker it is done instantly wether done manually by 1 2 or 3 people it disappears from your bank account and reappears in your pp account. INSTANTLY So we can establish that party poker are aware off lppl players and their pp accounts so why with 2 people working manually (computer would be quicker) does it take more than 1 day. I can see that Kim is doing her bit but she is being let down by party poker and by whoever is letting party poker act like this. Maybe I have this totally wrong and if so I apologise but this has been going on since day 1 and in this time of computers space travel etc we are relying on 2 manual workers to take their time regardless

Well, here we go again...

Brian, it's a standard reply BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT IS - a standard procedure between LPPL and PP - simple as that - so maybe from now on you don't need to post as you know what the standard procedure is... 2-3 days but may at times take longer.

Every morning Kim posts the results / payouts to the forum / Facebook.

Every morning I advise PP what payments to make for the previous day, and to whom.

Not sure what you find incredible....

If you 'tap' your debit card on a contactless payment machine it takes payment immediately... it is not a manual process - if you pay by cash, it takes a bit longer - that's a manual process. Even if you pay by contactless, that can take longer if you need to verify etc - but you can't set a definitive 'it will work in 2 seconds' rule for every time you tap your card.

If you 'deposit' with your debit card into PP it takes payment immediately... it is not a manual process - it is automatic.

If you cash in a non-LPPL league game, PP pay you immediately... it is not a manual process - it is automatic.

If you choose to play the LPPL League, in order to run the league as we do - ie split buy-ins between cash payouts and league prizes... that is a manual process - it is nothing that can be automated...

That process is as I have advised above.... we advise PP every day what the previous payments should be.... Party Poker then endeavour to make those payments, which has to be a manual process as the payments aren't paid out like normal events... and that manual process is LPPL advising the payments, PP having someone manually check what we have sent, then manually put the payments through the system, then for checks and controls have a different person verify what they have done, and make payment - all manual. No I can't change what system they have in place, no matter what you think!

A computer would be quicker? - yes I agree - a computer is quicker - for NORMAL games - LPPL League games are not normal.

Why does it take more than 1 day? Because LPPL are not their only customer - we are not the only things in their 'in-trays'.

Whomever is letting PP act like this is ME. If I don't let them act like this - although not sure how I can stop them acting like this - then we won't have an LPPL League - simple as that. We ether accept the relationship and working agreement that we have between LPPL and Party Poker - or we don't have an LPPL League on Party Poker.

If you think you can get a better working relationship with Party Poker, or a different online poker provide - do let me know - I'll be all over it.

It's been going on since day 1, because that's how it is. It will NOT get better - they cannot guarantee payments because there are outside factors that, on a daily basis, affect how and what they work on.

I think I've been telling you this since day 1 - obviously you don't like it - but it won't change Brian, but as I say - if you can get us a better system, or a better partner, please do let me know - otherwise, you're just gonna have to accept - it will not change no matter how much you, or I, or anyone else would very much like it to.

So, with the greatest of respect, this is the last time I will be going into this with you - it will not change - unless of course, you yourself work wonders on our behalf.

|Whoops sorry I fell asleep so let's sum up. We'll apparently unless I can come up with a new arrangement with party poker or other site the system stays as it is. Obviously Tom has exhausted all possible avenues so that's it we just have to grin and bear it. One final point it seems I will not be posting anymore details of late payments in future because Tom has said this is last time

|First point correct - we cannot change the system we have with PP.

Yes I have exhausted all possible avenues, so yes, we have to accept it is the best we can get.

You posting and saying the same things changes nothing - and no, I won't be explaining the same thing, that I have done over and over, to you again.

You don't like it, but to play LPPL online then it is what it is.

|Great. Sorry for delays, when they happen, but we'll continue to chase them regularly once we know they are overdue.

|Hi, is there anyone else who has or has had problems doing rebuy? Before, there was an option to do rebuy as well as add-on. The add-on option pops up as before but not the rebuy option.

Hi Johan, as far as I know, the 'auto tick box' for both has disappeared completely, so now you have to actively do a rebuy by clicking through to it. The auto re-buy and add-on should pop up though - re-buy when you have zero chips I believe.
